The Race: Quentin Jauregui, 2012 French junior cyclocross champion, looks like he is fulfilling his youthful promise, demonstrated today with a superb race win.

Today's race started with rain and wind to add to the day's hilly course. Making the riders even more miserable, the peloton suffered an unusually large number of punctures.

Jauregui made it up to an eight-man break with less than twenty kilometers to go. Not content with that, later he attacked, taking Anthony Delaplace and Alo Jakin with him.

The trio survived to the finish where Jaurequi won the sprint.
