| Yellow Jersey Stefan Schumacher collided with Kim Kirchen and crashed in the final kilomteers of the climb. The "same-time" rule for crashes within the final 3 kilometers does not apply to hilltop finishes. Schumacher lost 32 seconds and the lead. | |||||||
