2009 Tour de France
July 4 - July 26, 2009

Here they come. Cavendish has his head down with Hushovd in green at one side and Gerald Ciolek (blue Milram kit) on the other.
Cavendish drives for the line with a good lead.
Cavendish takes his 5th stage in the Tour. Hushovd still has the green jersey, but it's theoretically possible (but unlikely) for Cavendish to take the points lead on Sunday.
There was a 4-second split in the pack lading to the finish and Armstrong was the only GC contender on the right side of the split. It will be interesting if Armstrong keeps his third place by 3 seconds or less.
Contador rode further back and was unworried about the 4-second loss. I think that's Alexandre Botcharov in the white Katusha jersey next to him.
Serguei Ivanov is the first of the riders in at 4 seconds. Andy Schleck is bejind him in the white Young Rider's jersey. That should be Tony Martin in the Columbia jersey cheering because of Cavendish's stage win. The hidden rider behind Ivanov is Bradley Wiggins and the guy in orange is Mikel Astarloza. You can see a blurry Armstrong in the bottom left corner and the gap from him to Ivanov that cost the rest of the field the 4 seconds.
